- We will complete an initial BPO and comprehensive property inspection report upon eviction or vacation of occupants.
- We will coordinate with eviction attorneys, sheriffs, locksmiths, gardeners and/or movers to ensure a faster listing and closing of your REO properties.
- If the property needs significant repairs, we will provide a list of necessary repairs and secure licensed contractors for you. We will also monitor the authorized repairs on your behalf to make sure these repair items are completed in a timely and proper manner.
