We know you have specific tapes requirements for your target buyers. By tapping into our large and extensive investor database, we will identify the potential right investors for you. We will also prequalify those investors by verifying their proof of funds. If necessary, we will also ensure that each investor passes the Department of Treasury’s OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) check.

In addition to identifying and prequalify the buyers for you, our team can guide novice investors through each stage of the bulk REO process. This complex process is filled with many documents, such as Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDAs) or Letter of Intent (LOIs), that are often unfamiliar to the uninitiated investor.

We will also prepare a Buyer’s Bid Package containing detailed instructions on the bidding process, deposit amount, final property list, purchase contract and other required documents. We will distribute this complete Buyer’s Bid Package to pre-qualified investors prior to the initial bid date.

Our rigorous and efficient pre-screening process allows us to quickly identify and notify established investors about your Tapes for sale. Through this direct interface, we can then distribute Buyer’s Bid Packages to these qualified investors, execute the deal and let you focus more of your time on better performing assets.

Under today’s ever-challenging lending environment, the FDIC may give you little time or choice by mandating a higher capitalization requirement, changing the allowable asset limits in loan classification categories, and giving only 90 days to comply before FDIC will ‘assist’ you in finding a buyer for distressed assets.
